Gluten-free, plant-based food shouldn't taste like cardboard.

Thanks to my gluten-intolerant husband, I stopped eating gluten around 2017. I always loved baking and embraced the challenge of baking gluten-free. I definitely learned a lot along the non-glutenous way. Who knew there were so many types of gluten-free flours?!

 

Then, in 2019, we decided to eliminate dairy from our plates. Goodbye, milk and eggs. Hello, opportunities! Was baking without gluten and dairy hard? No. It was just a matter of finding the right substitutes and balances.

 

Eating gluten-free, plant-based foods should be fun and delicious. Good Choices Bakery is all about giving you the freedom to eat amazing, mouth-watering bread, without the gluten or the dairy. Don't let food restrictions stop you from eating great food.

I am a one woman baking show. I have a full-time job that calls for my time during the day. All loaves are made to order. I ask for your patience and flexibility with deliveries. Once your order is placed I will reach out to you via email to schedule a delivery or pick up time.
